If you've ever wondered what happens once you send a claim if you use Apex, it goes to Apex where it waits till the next business morning at around 1:00 AM to send out to the insurances.
Once the claim has been received by the insurance and the insurance sends back an "accepted" status, the claim will automatically move from the Submitted tab to the Accepted tab.
If you would like to check the statuses of your claims, you can go to your Rejected/Denied tab and click on the Download Claims Status Report to .CSV
This report will show you if the claim has been accepted or not by the payer, or who the claim was denied by. It also shows you the messages from the payers for each claim.
