Why isn't my appointment showing up in my Calendar?
It sounds like the appointments are being filtered out on your Calendar view.
You can check your filter settings by following these steps:
- Go to the calendar and click on the Location Filter, Staff Filter, and Service Types Filter drop-downs. You will be able to see which filters are enabled.
- Press Apply Filters for a one-time application or Apply & Save to save the filter as your default view.
