Reset your EPCS Pin at any time from the Admin tab.
IMPORTANT: Before you reset your EPCS PIN, you will need to ensure that your One Time Password (OTP) is set up. If your OTP is not setup you will receive an error.

Confirm your Hardware Token or Authy App is on your Account
- Click the Reset EPCS PIN link from the EPCS User Controls section of the Admin tab.
- Confirm that you have your Hardware token or Authy App set up on your account. IF you do not, complete the following steps.
- Authenticate into your Account using the Manage Phone Number to receive a text authentication.
- Click Add Token button to add your Hardware token and follow the instructions.
- OR click Add Credential button to add your Authy App and follow the instructions.
- Once complete, click Cancel.
Reset EPCS PIN
- Click the Reset EPCS PIN link from the EPCS User Controls section of the Admin tab.
- Enter your Authy Passcode.
- Click the Validate Passcode button.
- Enter your new PIN in the PIN and Confirm PIN fields.
NOTE: The PIN may not be four repeating or four sequential digits.
- Click the Save button.
