Create and edit client flags so that clients can be flagged with important information related to their billing, scheduling or clinical status.
Create a Client Flag
- Navigate to Organization tab.
- Select Client Flags.
- Click Add Client Flag.
- Complete the desired information for the flag.
- Click Save.
Edit a Client Flag
- Navigate to Organization tab and select Client Flags.
- Enter the Flag Name to filter or scroll to find the desired Client Flag.
- Click Edit.
- Complete the desired information for the flag.
- Click Save.
Delete a Client Flag
- Navigate to Organization tab and select Client Flags.
- Enter the Flag Name to filter or scroll to find the desired Client Flag.
- Click Delete and confirm with Yes, I'm sure.
