If you did not grant access to the Contact when you first added them to the Client's Contact Network, you can edit the Contact and grant access.
- Locate Client and open Client Profile.
- Click Contact Network tab.
- Click Edit button.
- Select Allow access to Client Portal if you would like to to give this new Contact access to the Client's Portal Account.
NOTE: Allowing access will prompt the Contact to their own Client Portal Account where they will be able to make Payments and schedule Appointments on behalf of the Client.
- Select appropriate access.
- Click Save.
