This can sometimes occur when a new Client is added to TheraNest and their details are not properly saved. There are two things that you can try (1) save Client Details, and (2) refresh your browser.
- Locate Client and open Client Profile.
- Click Save.
- Then refresh your browser. When you do this, the Manage Medication button will enable.
