View Client Appointment History (TheraNest)

  Permissions: Therapist can view Appointment History for their assigned Clients, Administrators can view All Client's Appointment Histories.

The Client Appointment History in TheraNest allows you to view past Client Appointments, as well as upcoming Client Appointments from within the Client Profile. A few things to note about the Client Appointment History:

• Past Client Appointments - You will be able to view ALL past Client Appointments. 
• Future/Upcoming Appointments
  • Individual Appointments -You will be able to view ALL future Client Appointments that were individually created (i.e. not Recurring Appointments)
  • Recurring Appointment - You will only be able to see Recurring Appointments 60 days into the future. Use the Calendar to see Recurring Appointments more than 60 days into the future.

View Client Appointment History

1. Locate Client and open Client Profile.
2. Click Appointments in side menu.
3. Adjust the Appointment Date Range if desired and Appointment History will display.
