Sign New BAA

  Permissions: You must have Organization Administration Permissions.

You now have the ability within TheraNest to sign a new Business Associate Agreement and have a copy emailed to you.

Important Things to Note

• DO NOT sign a New BAA if you already have one with TheraNest, as the effective date cannot be backdated. This is ONLY for a first time, New BAA
• At this time, when you sign a new BAA, a copy will be emailed to you for your records. A copy will also be emailed to TheraNest. It is NOT currently stored in TheraNest.
• The BAA copy will be sent to the email on file in TheraNest for Organization Administrator.

Sign a New BAA

1. Click Organization tab in primary navigation bar.
2. On the Profile tab, located the Business Associate Agreement section.
3. Click Sign New BAA button.
4. Read the warning and click Confirm & Sign New BAA.
   

   IMPORTANT: Again, DO NOT DO THIS if you already have a BAA with TheraNest.

   
   
   
5. In new Business Associate Agreement tab, fill out all required information.
   
   • Attention - Is who you would like the email copy directed to.
     
     
     
6. Read through the BAA.
7. Verify that the information entered above is pulled in correctly at the bottom.
8. Sign and then add your Printed Name.
9. Click Submit.
