Permissions: You must have Administrator Permissions or higher.
Practice Chat allows you and your team to communicate quickly and effectively in your practice.
- Chat one-on-one or in a group message.
- See who is logged in or away and for how long.
- Minimize and expand the chat, so it is visible only when you need it.
Turn on or Off Practice Chat
- Click Organization tab in primary navigation bar.
- In Settings, click the Manage Chat tab.
- Select Turn On box.
- Title your Organization Chat window. This is what displays at the top of your chat.
- Click Save Changes.
