Permissions: You must have Administrator Permissions or higher.
Progress Note Templates (both the Standard Note and SOAP Note) are an Organization wide setting and cannot be customized per Staff Member. This updates the Progress Note Template for new Notes going forward.
IMPORTANT: If you hide a field or section, pervious Notes that use that field or section will still display if information was entered.
- Click Organization tab in primary navigation bar.
- Click Note Template from left menu.
- Select boxes for information you wish to include in you Note.
- OR deselect boxes for information you do NOT want to include in the Note.
- Click Save.
