Referral Source Analytics Report

This Report can show you which Referral is the most valuable to your Organization.

When it comes to revenue, no shows, or cancellations. Which referral source is providing your quality clients? Run this Report to see! 

NOTE: This Report includes Archived Clients.

Set Report Parameters (Filter)

1. Click Reports in primary navigation bar and click Referral Source Analytics under Referrals section.
2. Set Filters:
   • Set Date Range.
3. Click Run Report. 
   

   Note: Change the number of Clients shown per page (10, 25, 50 or 100) by clicking desired unit at top of report.

Read the Report

1. You can Search the Report for a specific name or word. i.e. Client Name, Service Type, etc.
2. From left to right, you can see:
   • The Referral Source.
   • The percent of No-Shows from Clients who were referred from that source.
   • The percent of Cancellations from Clients who were referred from that source.
   • The Total Revenue from Clients who were referred from that source.
   • Average Invoice Aging (days).

Download Report

Once you have run the Report, you can copy or download the CSV, Excel, and PDF version directly to your computer.

1. Click the CSV and PDF button on the upper right tab.
