Once logged into the Client Portal you will be able to see a balance due and the Make A Payment option. You can also print invoices and superbills from Make a Payment.
NOTE: If the Make a Payment option is not visible, your Therapist/Organization will have to turn on the payment option. Please reach out to your Therapist if this is the case.
- Click Make a Payment.
- Click Check All to the left of the services or click Make a Payment to the right of an individual service.
- If you make a payment towards 2 or more services you will not be able to edit the amount you are paying.
- If you click Make a Payment to the right of an individual service then you can edit the amount you pay.
- Click Enter New Card to add a credit card. You can choose to store the card securely for future payments by checking the box Save Card for Future Payments.
- You can view your past payments by clicking Payment History.
