After your assigned Staff Member has created and saved their Progress Note, You will receive an alert when there is a Progress Note for you to review. You can review their Progress Note and then approve and sign it.
Once you have approved and signed the Progress Note, the Note's author will receive a notification alert that their Progress Note has been reviewed.

Review Single Progress Note
- Click Alert icon at top of page and locate appropriate alert.
- Click New Case Notes link to open Note.
- Review Note.
Note: If changes need to be made contact Staff Member via desired method to make changes.
- Click Save drop down and select Save & E-Sign. Approving a Progress Note cannot be undone.
Review Multiple Progress Notes
- Click Alert icon at top of page and locate appropriate alert.
- Click Click here link to access list of Progress Notes that need to be approved.
- To view Progress Note proper, click Progress Note Details link.
- Either click Sign button for desired Progress Notes.
- OR select appropriate Progress Note checkbox(es) and click Approve/Sign Checked Items button.
