Client Invoice - View, Print or Email (TheraNest)

  Permissions: You must have Billing Permissions.

You can Print or Email a Client Invoice. Ensure you have the following completed before doing so: 

• Ensure the Invoice has already been created.
• Ensure your Company Logo has been added to TheraNest. It will print on the Invoice.

NOTE: New invoice creation is only available with a TheraNest subscription.

View, Print or Email

1. Locate Client and open Client Profile.
2. Click Ledger in side menu and click appropriate tab to locate Invoice. 
3. Click Select an Action for appropriate Invoice.
4. Select Print or Email to Client.
5. If you Print: Invoice will open in a new screen to download or print as a PDF.
6. OR if you Email to Client: Confirm that you that you want the Invoice sent. The email will be sent through TheraNest to Client.

Sample Invoice Email

1. Email Subject: Invoice from {Your Organization Name}
2. From: Therapist Name <[e-mail]>
3. Invoice will be attached.
