Permissions You must have Billing Permissions.
After you submitted a Claim using an integrated Clearinghouse (Apex or CHC), you will be able to come back to your Billing tab and view a Claims status as it moves through the Claims process.
- Click Billing tab in primary navigation bar and click Claims in left side navigation.
- Each tab represents a different Status. Click through to see Claims listed in the different Statuses.
NOTE: If you are connected to an non-integrated Clearinghouse (not Apex or CHC) you will need to contact your clearinghouse directly for status.
