Send Client a Text Message

  Permissions: Therapist can send text to their Assigned Clients.

An Organization Administrator will need to Activate Text Message Appointment Reminders in TheraNest.

Once that has been activated, you can send and view Client's text messages through TheraNest.

IMPORTANT: Text messages are $0.07 per text per 160 characters.

1. Locate Client and open Client Profile.
   

   NOTE: Ensure that a mobile number has been added for Client on the Details tab.

2. Click Reminders Log tab.
3. Click Send Text Message button.
4. Click the Send Text Messages.
   

   NOTE:  The client's preferred name will display in the text message pop-up window. 

5. Enter Message in field provided.
6. Click Submit button. Messages sent display in the Client's Reminder log.
