Change the Intake Date for Client

  Permissions: Must be Therapists assigned to Case or Administrator.

The date a Client is created automatically becomes the Intake Date. You change the Intake Date if needed.

IMPORTANT: The changed Intake Date will display on Client Notes going forward. Notes created and signed before this change will display the original Intake Date as you cannot alter signed Notes in TheraNest. 

1. Locate Client and open Client Profile.
2. Click Additional Details tab.
3. Edit Intake Date.
4. Click Save.
