Duplicate Dynamic Forms (TheraNest)

  Permissions: You must have Therapist Permissions or higher.

After a Dynamic Form is created, you can duplicate it and then edit it as desired.

NOTE: This process is also used when forms within the system have printing properties that are no longer supported. If this situation occurs, you will see a banner on the Edit Dynamic Form page directing you here.

1. Click Dynamic Forms tab in primary navigation bar.
2. Click Actions and select Duplicate button for desired Dynamic Form.
3. Duplicated form displays just below the original with a 1 behind it to indicate it is a copy.
4. Click Edit button for duplicated Dynamic Form and edit as desired.
