Staff Members assigned to a Client will receive various email notifications when certain actions were taken or when action needs to be taken for that Client.
You can set your preferences so that these emails display the Client's initials instead of their full name. This can help protect PHI.
- Click your Name in top right corner and select My Profile.
- Click Preferences tab.
- Mark Show only Client initials on Calendar and staff email alerts box.
- Click Save Preferences.
Client initials will now be shown on the Calendar, recently viewed Clients, and email notifications regarding the Client.
