Track Payouts Owed to Therapists

  Permissions: Must have Organization Administrator Permissions.

When you activate Track Payouts Owed to Therapists you will be able to set a percentage for each Staff Member. Percentages are set for each Therapist, you cannot set different percentages based on services performed in different locations or paid by different Insurers.

After an Organization Administrator has activated the Track Payouts feature, users with Billing Permissions will be able to access and use the Payroll Report.

1. Click Organization in the navigation bar, then select Settings from the drop-down.
2. Click Payroll Payout Settings tab.
3. Mark the Use TheraNest to track payouts owed Therapists box.
4. All TheraNest users with Therapist Level Permissions display below. You can setup a Payout Percentage for each of them.
5. Click Save Changes.
