As you begin with TheraNest we are providing this overview of our approach to your experience to set expectations and to guide you through the process. We stand behind our statement:
Less swearing, more caring
As we build our relationship and work with you we will strive to provide you the support and assistance you need, when you need it - it's our commitment to you. This includes a series of Phases where we provide tasks and reminders via email, links to related articles, opportunities to access webinars for day-to-day processes, new releases and special topics that you help identify with your feedback. The phases of working with us are:
- Phase 1: Onboarding
- Phase 2: Adoption
- Phase 3: Maintenance
- Phase 4: Optimization
- Phase 5: Growth
After the Onboarding Phase the remaining four phases include tasks, activities, day-to-day and recurring tasks that allow us to help you and lessen the burden of maintaining your Client EHRs and managing clients. Adoption, Maintenance, Optimization and Growth contain tasks and processes that may occur sequentially or you may move through based on your requirements at the time.
Onboarding
Implementation is the process of setting up TheraNest to help you manage your Client EHR, treatment and billing in a way that suits you and your practice. Once completed, it is unlikely you will need to revisit the basic organization settings, staff permission, client settings and other standard information.
There are multiple ways that we provide you with the information you need in this phase:
- Email notifications: Over the first 30 days we will send regular emails in the order that we recommend you review each topic and complete each set of tasks. Each email will contain at least one link to an article in the Knowledge Base to guide you and provide you more detailed information.
- Webinars: Welcome and regularly scheduled webinars are based on the topics presented in the emails you receive and the associated Knowledge Base article. These webinars review the feature, function or process and provide you an opportunity to ask questions via Q & A.
You will be notified of other webinars that tackle a specific topic, or new and special features within TheraNest. If you have a topic you would like us to cover Contact Us and let us know. - User Community & Support: You can join the TheraNest User Community and access support through our portal and support request process.
- TheraNest in-Application Help: Use the help tool in TheraNest to query our knowledge base and find context specific help in the area you are working. Click the Help icon at the bottom of the screen or Question drop-down next to your name.
- TheraNest Knowledge Base: In the Get Started section of the knowledge base you will see detailed articles that are directly linked to the emails you receive. Follow the steps in these documents to get started with a recommended work-flow. You can search Knowledge Base for specific topics or browse the sections which are ordered in the way you see the main tabs in TheraNest.
