Permissions: User must be subscribed to Telehealth and Client Portal.
You will only be able to send a Secure Message to Clients who have a Client Portal Account. If your Client is not using the Client Portal click here to see how to share your Telehealth link.
- Search for Client in search bar in the header.
- Click Details under Actions section.
- Click Appointments on side menu.
- Locate Appointment and click Telehealth Session drop down menu.
- Choose to Send Invite via Secure Message.
- Secure Messaging Center with the Client name and unique URL already filled out will display. You can then add any additional text or message.
- Click Send.
