Re-Invite Clients to Client Portal

  Permissions: You must have Organization Administrator permissions to invite or re-invite Clients to the Client Portal.

Before you begin, check to see if your Client has an Active Account or not.

Below are some common scenarios as to why you might need to re-invite a Client to the Client Portal with links to articles that address it:

1. Client already has a Client Account but lost the Login Link.
2. Client was already invited but did not create their Account and needs the email resent. 
3. The Client has a new email address to be used for the Portal. 
4. Resend Intake Forms.
