When you start a Telehealth Appointment for the first time your internet browser should ask permission to use your Microphone and Camera. You must say ALLOW. Click the appropriate link below to allow permissions for your internet browser.

Google Chrome
This pop up window should appear when you start your first Telehealth Appointment. Click Allow and continue with Appointment.
If this pop up does not appear:

- Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner of your browser window.
- Choose Settings.
- Scroll down and click to show Security and Privacy.
- Click Site Settings.
- Scroll to Permissions and verify "Sites can ask to use your..." Camera and Microphone and that it does not say BLOCKED. See what it should say below:
Safari
This pop up window should appear when you start your first Telehealth Appointment. Click Allow and continue with Appointment.
If this pop up does not appear:
- Click the Safari menu option in the top left hand corner of your browser window.
- Choose Preferences from the dropdown.
- Choose Websites from the tabs across the top.
- Choose Camera from the options on the left.
- Make sure "When visiting other websites:" is set to ALLOW.
FireFox
This pop up window should appear when you start your first Telehealth Appointment.
- Select Remember this decision.
- Click Allow and continue with Appointment.
If this pop up does not appear:
- Click the Firefox menu option in the top left hand corner of your browser window.
- Choose Preferences from the dropdown.
- Choose Privacy & Security from the left hand menu.
- Under Permissions, choose Camera > Settings.
- Confirm that "Block new requests" is not selected.
IMPORTANT: When the session begins your audio and video will be defaulted to off. You will need to manually switch those on for the client to see and hear you.
