With this new integrated functionality, upgraded features such as granular insights on processing volume, revenue reporting via an advanced dashboard from Stripe and a dedicated Therapy Brands Payments Team who will support you every step of the way. Additional features such as simplified chargebacks and saving of CVV numbers are also part of Therapy Brands Pay. Support includes everything from Merchant Onboarding to Reconciliation, Reporting and Risk Management.

Is Therapy Brands Pay safe, secure and PCI compliant?
Yes, Security and PCI compliance are a top priority for your account and your client card data. The fields for handling card payment data originate directly from our PCI DSS–validated servers with Stripe.
Can my clients use their client portal accounts to process payments online?
Yes, clients can make client portal payments easily and quickly. Check out our knowledge base article for further steps to help advise your clients.
Can I still utilize the One-Time Payment link feature to send my clients?
Yes, this feature is available and, in the future, will include acceptance of additional online payment methods.
Can I use a USB card reader with Therapy Brands Pay & Stripe?
At this time, Stripe is not compatible with USB card readers.
