You must be an Account Administrator with Billing Permissions to set up dispute notifications with Stripe.
A dispute (also known as a chargeback) occurs when a cardholder questions your payment with their card issuer. It's important to set up dispute notifications in your Stripe dashboard after you Enroll in Payment Processing with Therapy Brands Pay. Once dispute notifications are enabled, Stripe will notify you via email if a cardholder has issued a dispute. You can then Respond to Disputes through your Stripe dashboard.
NOTE: For payment-related questions, please contact the payments team at 844-311-2570 or email@example.com.
