There are a few things you can do to trouble shoot this issue.
- Double check that you are both in the same Session. Occasionally if you have created/joined an Instant Session or accidentally created 2 Appointments for a Client you could end up in separate Sessions.
- Look in your URL bar to check your Session number and confirm that you and your Client are in the same one.

- Ensure that you and your Client are using either Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Telehealth is not supported for Internet Explorer or Edge.
- If you are all on supported browsers, wait about 30 seconds to see if your Client shows up in your Waiting Room (sometimes it takes a second for the system to work and register that they are in the Waiting Room. If they don't show up, refresh your browser and have your Client do the same.
